  1. Hi Gerard,

    Thanks for your previous response.

I’m afraid the information for H91 remain wrong for any SMS, Countdown and on the TfL site at this stop:
    https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/stop/490005210HH/chiswick-police-station/
To anyone who uses the website it suggests they are standing at the wrong stop.
To anyone sending an SMS at the stop (54449) that suggests no H91 service is coming!

    Meanwhile:
    https://tfl.gov.uk/bus/stop/490005210II/chiswick-police-station/
Suggests the H91 will stop there (stop 71280), but it doesn’t.

I really hope it can be corrected soon as I have been asked by someone at the II stop whether H91 will call there as there phone had told them so. They are adjacent stops, but this can lead to passenger confusion and, ultimately, missing the bus due to not being in the right place!

    Best Regards,

    Drew

    1. Thanks for the comments – although Journey Planner was updated as advised, it currently takes longer for other parts of the website to be updated with new information. These will be up to date as soon as possible, and we are actively looking at ways of reducing this “lag” time.

  2. Worth noting that a new contract on route E9 starts on Saturday 28 May. I’d expect that to mean a new timetable as Abellio are the new operator. Frequencies don’t change but double deck buses will be used. TfL were also supposed to be considering providing new fixed stops in the Barnhill Estate at Yeading. Might be worth double checking progress on this.

The E7 is supposed to run more frequently on daily evenings (every 20 minutes) so that needs to be reflected above.

    1. Thanks fot this. We were aware of the change but confirmed timetable data was only added on Thursday, and went live on Journey Planner on Friday – although the newsletter is issued once a week, data on JP is updated up to five times a week (the newsletter contains all new information from the past week). In terms of Barnhill Estate, there will be a further consultation exercise so the route remains Hail and Ride there for now. https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/buses/e9 refers. Thanks for the tip on the E7, this will be updated.
