  1. Hi Gerard – thanks for these continuing updates showing what details are changing from week to week.

I’d like to report one difference between theory & practice that has been in the system for a while (I’ve reported via general channels and it was seemingly dismissed/ignored!)

Route H91 is shown as using stop 490005210II (71280), where in reality it changed to the adjacent 490005210HH (54449) several months ago.

Since early this year routes 27,237,267,391,H91 all moved to HH and only E3 uses II – however it seems H91 was forgotten in the migration! As a regular user of the stops I can confirm H91 definitely always stops at HH (54449) and stop signage supports that, but the website & API data claims H91 and E3 share stop II, so anyone looking for predictions by stop code will get nothing – and may wait at the wrong stop if they follow the route guide on the website.

    Many Thanks,

    Drew

Thanks for the comments – always valuable to have observations about the reality of services – as you say this change was made some time ago but appeared to have slipped the net. Journey Planner will be up to date from tomorrow, the other sections of the website will follow in due course.
